Tarwin River After Floods

I had no idea that the Tarwin River flooded in the last big rains until I visited there the other day on my way to Venus Bay. The water must have come very close to the main road, but had obviously washed over a long distance of the walking track.
This photograph looks amazing with a picture effect that highlights the green colour in the calm scene.
Stunning and subtle tone, I like the windswept look to the foreground.
